Kraft Media (“Kraft Media”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a venture by MPSK Media Group, with its office at Tilak Chowk, 45, Bazaar Peth Rd, Nazarana Compound, Ali, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra 421302, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through doctorskraftmedia.co.in (the “website”), including the free clinic audit form, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.

1. Information you give us

• Free audit form: your name, clinic or practice name, WhatsApp number, city or area, and the plan you are interested in.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: your name, number or email address and whatever you choose to share in the conversation.
• If you become a client: the clinic information and materials needed to deliver your plan, as set out in our proposal or agreement.

We do not ask for, and you should not share through this website, any patient information or medical records.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting provider and the tool below may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the website that referred you, and approximate location (city or region), through server logs and cookies or similar technologies:

• Meta Pixel helps us measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited the website. It records page visits, when the audit form is submitted, and when someone taps our WhatsApp button.

We do not use this tool to collect sensitive information.

3. How we use your information

• To contact you on WhatsApp or phone to confirm and schedule your free audit.
• To prepare your audit and send you the proposal you asked for.
• To deliver, manage and support the services you engage us for.
• To measure and improve our advertising and the website.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam or misuse.
• To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We use your contact details only for the purpose you shared them for. We will not add you to marketing messages unless you ask us to or agree to it, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Your consent

By submitting the audit form or contacting us, you consent to us using your information to respond to you as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; this will not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Netlify for website hosting and audit form processing.
• Meta Platforms for the Meta Pixel, and WhatsApp when you message us.
• Microsoft for our business email (Microsoft 365).
• Team members and specialist freelancers working on your plan, who are bound to keep your information confidential.

We may also disclose information if required by law, by a court or government authority, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

6. Data stored outside India

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside India. They handle it under their own security and privacy commitments, and we use them only for the purposes described in this policy.

7. How long we keep it

We keep audit requests and enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your request, and client records for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal, accounting and tax requirements. After that we delete or anonymise the information.

8. How we protect it

The website uses HTTPS encryption, and we limit access to your information to people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• delete it, where we no longer need it or you withdraw consent;
• stop using it for marketing; and
• nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to.

You also have the right to raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, with the Data Protection Board of India. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

10. Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, but we will not be able to measure visits as accurately. You can also manage the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

11. Kraft Clinic

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
