Kraft Clinic FAQs
Do I need to install anything?
No. Kraft Clinic opens in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. It needs an internet connection.
Can I bring in my old patient records?
Yes. We move your existing patient list in during onboarding, and the doctor can also import patients from an Excel file at any time.
Can my receptionist see how much I earn?
No. Reception sees only the income and expenses entered by reception. The doctor's own entries, the profit and loss and the clinic settings are visible only to the doctor.
Which WhatsApp number will patients see?
Your clinic's own WhatsApp Business number and name. We connect it for you during setup, and messages go out only when your staff send them.
How many logins do we get?
Every clinic gets 2 logins: one for the doctor and one for reception, each with its own access. If you have another doctor or more front-desk staff, we add extra logins at an additional cost, quoted to you before we add them.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. We work with 100% transparency: the monthly price, onboarding, WhatsApp messages, extra devices and extra logins are all listed on this page, plus GST. Nothing is added to your bill without your approval.
On how many devices can we use it?
The doctor's login works on 2 phones or tablets and 2 computers, and reception's login on 1 of each. If you need more, request an extra device from Help & support inside the app (₹999 per extra device).
What does the WhatsApp messaging cost?
Meta charges a small amount per message. It depends on how many prescriptions, bills and reminders you send, and is billed along with your subscription.
Is my patients' data safe?
Data is stored in India (Mumbai), every connection is encrypted, the database is backed up daily, and each clinic's records are kept completely separate. We never sell or share clinic data.
